Yes, they are legitimate. Support was awesome and very helpful. The doll is super cute. It didn’t take long about 3 weeks for delivery. Everything was perfect very beautiful. They have the perfect customer support, explaining all steps, answering all questions quickly, trying to fulfill custom requests, etc. The prices are the best too. They had a generous sale so they were working to catch up on large orders plus the Chinese new year delays. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything!
